Rental Application Requirements
GCAAR Rental paper Application Form (click here to get it) or Online Application Available on this website.
Proof of Income - for example 2 most recent pay stubs or letter of employment. W2 or tax return is required for self-employed. Any legal source of income is valid
Government issued photo ID, for example driver's license or passport
Application fee of $40 per adult (18 and over). Application fee can be paid online on this website or by personal or cashier check. All checks made payable to Shmul Development Corporation
Additional documents might be required during processing
